Yesterday was thinking to sell Arreit but luckily i not do it becos it had announced dividend  XDD

finally~~ and compare to previous~this is the fourth and final dividend for 2012 which got 2.049sen which much much then previous year

thank ~:) which mean digi ,tambun,stareit all got dividend alredi ..now coming arreit..even just a small amount but better nthg la..can use to buy 1 week roti eat,wakakak~ now waiting for amfirst on May~~

thinking thinking to in some $$ ..erm...but bo money...so lesss :( no money no gf no gut also :(

Because the promise to save 1k per month, meaning not much entertainment and buy shares ~aikss

hoewever the stupid election may coming soon,so my unit trust a bit affected ...sell or hold..sell then rugi bit ,but hold my mood not good ~~haix.~~~~

I thought i will get Arreit dividend but i was wrongly see the date i buy in,no divident for Arreit :( ~~ but nvm..coming next 1 month,digi,stareit and tambun all got dividend,better nthg la ~~~

Plan for sell Arreit since i can earn some few ringgit and put it in amfirst or stareit or digi?


Few option can be do if i sell my Arreit.

1-amfirst next dividend be on May...is good to in amfirst to increase my volume? thinking. thinking.......
2- but since stareit not bad too and i got less volume,maybe use to increase the volume and get more dividend but the next dividend will be.......far from May lo~~
3- digi may drop more ,wait see in or not  with the money cos i want hope for more unpredicted good news like special dividend XDD  
4-tambun- even is a recommended shares but i still not had faith on it,may probably not put on it.




a mind thought of buying a second hand car price around 10k-15k-20k....if lower better but for sure quality also not that good...~haix ~~~ but i not really want be a stupid loaner ...damn!!~

A promise to myself, save 1k monthly or more if can . min 1k.deal!!~
